Shipping policy
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays process the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- All shipments go by ground services only (hazmat restrictions).
- Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days after processing.
- Expedited/air shipping is not available.
Shipping Restrictions
- Due to federal, state, and local regulations, some products cannot ship to certain states/regions.
- Customers are responsible for complying with local laws.
- If an order cannot be fulfilled due to legal restrictions, we’ll notify you and issue a refund for the restricted items.
Rates & Tracking
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
Damaged Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include photos of the outer box, shipping label, packing materials, and product(s) so we can file a carrier claim.
- Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- Once handed to the carrier, delivery timelines can be affected by weather, peak volumes, and carrier issues.
- If your package appears lost, contact us and we’ll assist with a carrier trace/claim.
In-Store Pickup (if available)
- Pickup orders must be collected within 7 days.
- Bring a government-issued photo ID that matches the order name.
