  • Fireworks and pyrotechnic devices must be used safely and responsibly in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws.
  • Big Grin Fireworks LLC is not responsible for misuse, injury, property damage, or illegal use of our products.
  • Always follow instructions printed on the product packaging.

4. Compliance with Laws

  • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws before purchase and use.
  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to legal restrictions will be cancelled and refunded for the restricted items only.

5. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
  • In the event of pricing errors, we may cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be received in full at checkout before orders are processed.
  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders ship via ground service only. Estimated delivery is 3–6 business days after processing.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed off to the shipping provider.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of fireworks and pyrotechnic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. See our Returns Policy for details.

  • Big Grin Fireworks LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our site or products.
  • Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) in question.
