How long will it take for me to get my order once it is paid for?
One week at a minimum. We ship normally ship in 48 Hours FedEx it takes 3-4 days
How do you ship?
FedEx ground with a signature required. Each package is insured for $500.00
How do I know you have shipped and where my order is?
We send a tracking number as soon as we ship.
How much room do I need for a safe event.
Basic guidelines are 50 feet from the devices to the backdrop and 100 feet from the couple to the audience.
How do I know my surprise will not be spoiled when the package arrives?
We pack a box within a box and mark out the color on the box. Additional precaution includes not having the client open the box or do set up themselves.
Who is best to set up my event?
A trusted friend or relative who can keep a secret.
How will my set-up person know what to do?
Big Grin will provide step by step videos.
What if my set-up person has a problem?
We are usually available for FaceTime video conferencing on the event day.
What is the best package for me?
Look at the videos and hyper links and pick something appropriate to your venue.
Can you do it for us and how much will it cost?
For single DIY items $189.95 for a case about $605.00 as of June 2025. Prices and products are subject to small changes as required .In Atlanta for us to do the event our base price is $2500.00 It can be a bit less and much more depending on location and the exact fireworks used.
What if I do not live near in Atlanta and want you to do an event for me or a company?
There are a lot of factors including the Venue, State and local laws including how much product we use and travel costs. Every situation is different. Plan on a budget of at least $5000.00 to pursue this option.
Do you offer discounts?
In most cases no. Active Military yes, usually 10 percent and that may vary depending on the product and or event.
Can you ship overseas?
Not currently.
Do you ship to every State?
No, we will not ship to locations where prohibited by law. Please check your local ordinances when ordering.
When is the best time to order?
Since supplies are short and change rapidly as soon as the child’s gender is known is the best time.
Where don’t you ship to?
Absolutely not New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island Massachusetts, Vermont. California, and Oregon. Illinois we ship by permit only (client must provide).
Can I just come to a store and pick it up?
Yes, please check our store hours.4723 Brownsville Road Powder Springs is our only year-round location. Please call ahead for the best personalized service We are not open on Sunday.
How can we convey the gender and order the product and keep the secret from ourselves?
We developed a secret code system. Only the gender keeper will know our code. The code is in the invoice and can be verified by the gender holder.
Can we buy other colors other than Blue or Pink?
All the colors of the rainbow are available, green and purple are the most common alternatives for gender reveal.
The sparkle boxes in front of the backdrop can those be ordered?
Those are called Cold Sparks and a special effect device that is expensive to run and operate. We provide them for events we do ourselves. We do not sell that item.
What about other Fireworks can we get those as well?
We do not ship anything that is designed for nighttime or explodes in the air.
